I am a positive post of admiration replicated daily shedding light on the most positive outcomes. Sounds like a lot I suppose? How bout you just think positive and allow that energy to fuel your day. Its okay, take a deep breathe and know in your heart that someone else has survived your exact situation.

Positive Reinforcement is a phrase I’ve always heard but didn’t quite understand until a couple weeks ago. Reinforcement simply means the process of encouraging or establishing a belief or pattern. Combining the two words it would seem that through positive reinforcement we are encouraging ourselves to believe in positivity. Why would someone want to be positive? Or possibly a better question is, why would someone want to be negative? In life we are the only people that control the outcome of where we will get in life. The phrase “You are your Thoughts” speaks volumes to me because if you simply change what you’re thinking about you’ll immediately see a change in your actions. The twist is that thinking too much can be negative too, only in the circumstance of becoming a dreamer rather than a doer. My friend told me that “Its 90% of what you’re thinking about doing and only 10% of what you’re actually doing”. If you have plans on working out, studying for a test, applying for an internship or job, do it. Taking the time to think about how hard it will be is thinking negative, YOU CAN DO IT! Turn your positivity into a lifestyle rather than just a mood. You got this, see you on the other side!
